Executive Chef Craig Hetherington has created an artful menu that is quintessentially Pacific Northwest. Drawing inspiration (and most of our ingredients!) from the surrounding area, TASTE focuses on seasonal ingredients and environmental responsibility on every plate. Pastry Chef Will Fausser offers up tasty seasonal pastries and decadent desserts sure to please even the most lavish sweet tooth. To round out the experience, our craft bartenders serve classic and creative cocktails and we are proud to feature a wine list almost entirely of the Pacific Northwest’s finest offerings.
