Food serves a much larger purpose than simple sustenance. Dining tables, whether holiday or everyday, are gathering places. Breaking bread together helps to create a sense of celebration, community and comfort. We recognize the important role we will fill and take great care to honor our position, particularly in such unique culture venues as the newly expanded Seattle Art Museum, the Seattle Asian Art Museum and newly opened Olympic Sculpture Park. We show this care through our food everyday.

Food is fuel for your body and mind. We care about what our guests put into their bodies and its effect on their sense of well being. We work hard to provide food that is local, fresh and seasonal. We believe we must take a stand on many issues surrounding our food supply. We understand that the effects of our choices extend well beyond the walls of our kitchens. The purchases we make have a profound impact, and because of this, we choose to invest in our community by buying products from local farmers and artisans in support of sustainable farming practices, committed to nourishing and replenishing the local land.
